CEO: ROCKSON COFFIE
Chairman and CEO – Expertise in agribusiness and international trade.
Rockson Coffie is currently the CEO and became the Chairman of the Board on March 1, 2025. He
served as the Managing Director and CEO of AAME from 2016 until January 3, 2025. Prior to
joining SARTECH Ltd, he was the Exploration Manager – West Africa, Tawana Resources in Liberia
exploring for Iron Ore.
Rockson has served in various geological engineering roles over 22 years conducting mineral
exploration services across a number of commodities including Gold, Iron Ore, Lithium and
Graphite in the West African subregion. He has a wide range of expertise and vast experience in
many gold deposit types, pegmatite and iron ore exploration and mine geology experience in
West Africa.
Rockson has been involved in initiating a lot of projects from the grass root exploration to the
mineral resource stage and has worked extensively on grassroots and advanced exploration
programs in Ghana, Liberia, Mali and Cote d’Ivoire.He has founded a lot of companies in the tech
industry including Conak Technology and many small agribusinesses ventures He holds a master’s
degree in mineral exploration from Rhodes University in South Africa and is a product of the
University of Mines and Technology (Tarkwa), Ghana where he studied Geological Engineering.
Rockson has and believes in researching into other commodities apart from gold. He is a Fellow
of the West African Institute of Mining, Metallurgy and Petroleum – WAIMM.
COO: SETH COFFIE
Specialist in logistics and supply chain optimization in mining and petroleum industry
Seth Coffie is currently the COO and became the Officer of the Board on March 5, 2025.He has
a background in petroleum engineering and previously worked at Tema Oil Refinery and Ghana
National Petroleum Corporation, gaining 2–3 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. His
expertise spans petroleum refining, process optimization, and energy resource management.
Beyond his work in the petroleum sector, Seth Coffie has a strong entrepreneurial spirit and has
been instrumental in founding and leading various ventures across multiple industries,
including technology and agribusiness. His diverse experience and leadership skills have
enabled him to initiate and oversee numerous projects, driving innovation and growth in
different sectors.
He holds a degree in Petroleum Engineering and is passionate about research and exploration
in the energy and natural resources sector. Seth Coffie is committed to advancing the industry
through strategic investments, technological innovation, and sustainable business practices.
